Owners are reminded that storage of trash and recycling receptacles should be in the garage. Receptacles may be placed out 12 hours prior to pick-up and moved back in the garage no later than 12 hours after pick-up.
Owners are reminded to walk pets on a leash and to pick-up any waste from their pets.
Owners are reminded that between the dates of April 15th to November 15th, boats, campers, and trailers are permitted on lots but may not exceed a total of 90 days and are required to be moved minimally every two weeks. Any damage to landscaping caused by boats, campers, and trailers must be repaired by owners.
